Fresca Pizza & Pasta was founded over 20 years ago by Vien Huynh and Lieu Huynh of Toronto, ON and has now made its way to the states in Bradenton, FL through owners Sonny Nguyen and Thuong Ly. Buffalo snowbirds turned Florida residents wanted to bring a fresh and unique spin on casual dining by offering Italian and Vietnamese food all in one spot.
